1. Forward
New year has come. I think that a chain bankrupt of many enterprises will be happened in this year. I wonder what will be going on from now on.
Then, I want to quote from “Your future will be formed by what you are doing now” written by Kaoru Nakajima. Author says “ When writing this manuscript, I don’t think Japanese economy will be worsen than ever. ”
When decreasing this negative (minus) asserts, (means the treatment of bad credit), Japanese economy will be revived spontaneously. I was taught by many statesmen and I believed it . It is why no debt promotes the purchase power and anybody with no debt begin to promote again the voluminous of the purchase.

Judging from the economic state of the customer which I treated with, I felt that this customer made a failure due to have been success.
The enterprise which promoting the increase of facility by business success, advantageous business competition by mass production and the business policy ensured more large sum of benefit will fall into the verge of bankruptcy by a cut consumption due to the logging demand and by a heavy load of the facility which is able to produce only single product.
Such a company will fall into the illusion that the department store business which increase the amount sold by selling many kinds of goods looks to be excellent.
Dismantlement, closing, arrangement and reducing of the facility really need to a lot of funds and so, the bankruptcy rush happen.
2. I want to think about followings.
What shall we do from now? How does my company survive?
We never and never become bankrupt of our company.
We have to challenge with a slim constitute in order to stand for such along depression. In this situation, it is very important to do business in this special field which is able to cover the cost of maintenance and cost of research and development by a small amount of sold.

Last year, I applied for the patent, which was “Preventive vaccine against a new Erythrodermatitis of colored] carp”, ”Application of Chlorine dioxide to drinking water of stock raising animals”(with co-application of Sukegawa and a veterinary), ”Cococidium oocystcidal activity of Chlorine dioxide” (SUKEGAWA Chemical Co.,) and “New disinfectants”(with co-application of Sukegawa and a sale agency) and I am waiting for application of these patents.
So far now, I made fully prepared for an opportunity.
As opening the public of the technical information once, I want to go forward as opened company conversely.
I will exchange the gentle agreement between the associated company and my company before fact, and lent the ultra-sonic generator which developed by my company to the associated company and want to apply for the patent as cooperative co-patenliants.
I wish to share the results, money and properties obtained gently between their companies.

This spring, I bought three guide books of Tanka (Japanese verse) and the dictionary of Zen wards (Buddhism) (Editor by Ritei Arima).
However, I am an active player yet, the Chlorine dioxide business will start from January. 6 with undertaking an arduous and joyful tasle.

(I knew later that all of member give their performance for his life that lie down as last living.)
In this midst of this concert, I suddenly flashed that it looks like the living style of my company.
All of staff on my company ought to go to listen the concert of an A1 musician and orchestra by paying the entrance fee by all means.
